Terms of Service

Welcome to Stream Toolkit (the "App"). The App is developed by SnowPompom ("we", "us") and distributed through Steam. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License​

Once you obtain the App through Steam, you may use it on your computer. The App is protected by copyright. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, crack or modify the App, or bypass the limits of the trial version.
  • Resell, rent or distribute the App.
  • Use the App for anything illegal or against the rules of the streaming platforms you use.

The App is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. Third-party platforms and services​

The App connects to third-party services such as Twitch, YouTube, payment platforms and translation services. When you use those features, you must also follow each platform's terms:

  • By using the App's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The App uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
  • By using the App's Twitch features, you agree to the Twitch Terms of Service.
  • Your ECPay, O'Pay, PayPal and Stripe accounts are set up and managed by you. Receiving money, fees, refunds and taxes are between you and each payment platform, not us.

Third-party services may change or discontinue features, which can stop parts of the App from working. This is outside our control.

3. Your content and responsibilities​

  • You are responsible for what you show on stream through the App (including custom text, images, sounds, custom CSS and chat bot messages), and it must comply with the law and the streaming platform's rules.
  • Themes you share on the Steam Workshop must be content you have the right to share, and must follow the Steam Workshop rules.
  • Keep your keys and sign-in information safe and do not share them.

5. Disclaimer​

The App is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In particular, Donation Alerts, the Donation Goal Bar and the Donation Board are there to display information on stream. They are not a record of payment and must not be used for accounting. Always rely on your payment platform's and streaming platform's own records for the money you actually received.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental loss (including loss of income, data or stream interruptions) arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

6. Changes to these Terms​

If these Terms change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
